Stunningly delicious stewed pork ribs cooked at home with carrots, onions and sauerkraut with the addition of tomato paste. Cabbage gives the meat a wonderful, slightly sour taste. Traditional German dish, you can also make mashed potatoes for it.

The washed pork ribs are cut into bones into 6 pieces, put on the bottom in a pan with oil. Add bay leaf some salt, paprika, tomato paste, ground pepper, sliced into circles carrots, peeled whole onions.

Spread sauerkraut on top and pour in water to covered the cabbage 2 fingers higher (about 2 liters), put on slow fire, cover and cook for 60 minutes. We try on salt.
