- Cut the carcass of a rabbit into portions. Add salt pepper, a tablespoon of ketchup, thyme, dry garlic, apple cider vinegar and other spices. We pickle the rabbit for an hour or two.
- On high heat, fry each piece until golden.
- Cut the carrots into large pieces, onion in half rings, and garlic slices. Fry vegetables until soft.
- Return the pieces of the rabbit to the pan, add twigs rosemary and thyme. Pour in the broth or water (half a glass). We bring to a boil.
- We part sour cream with water, there must be a liquid consistency sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour sour cream into a pan, bring to a boil, reduce heat and stew the rabbit for about an hour and a half. At the end we add fire to bring the sauce to the desired density.
- Pour the sour cream filling into the meat pan. Boil, reduce heat and simmer the rabbit for 1-1.2 hours until soft. In the end intensify the fire to make the sauce thicker.
