  1. Cut the carcass of a rabbit into portions. Add salt pepper, a tablespoon of ketchup, thyme, dry garlic, apple cider vinegar and other spices. We pickle the rabbit for an hour or two.
  2. On high heat, fry each piece until golden.
  3. Cut the carrots into large pieces, onion in half rings, and garlic slices. Fry vegetables until soft.
  4. Return the pieces of the rabbit to the pan, add twigs rosemary and thyme. Pour in the broth or water (half a glass). We bring to a boil.
  5. We part sour cream with water, there must be a liquid consistency sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Pour sour cream into a pan, bring to a boil, reduce heat and stew the rabbit for about an hour and a half. At the end we add fire to bring the sauce to the desired density.
  7. Pour the sour cream filling into the meat pan. Boil, reduce heat and simmer the rabbit for 1-1.2 hours until soft. In the end intensify the fire to make the sauce thicker.
