  1. Peel the potatoes, wash again, cut into squares.
  2. We clean the onion, wash, rub on a fine grater. Put the onion on in a frying pan with heated oil, add paprika and lightly fry.
  3. Add potatoes, salt, pepper to the onion, mix everything.
  4. Pour water into the pan, it should cover the potatoes, close the pan with a lid and simmer potatoes for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
  5. After the specified time, remove the lid from the pan and leave boil potatoes until cooked.
  6. Serve potatoes with paprika as a separate dish, decorating green onions, dill or as a side dish.
