- Peel the potatoes, wash again, cut into squares.
- We clean the onion, wash, rub on a fine grater. Put the onion on in a frying pan with heated oil, add paprika and lightly fry.
- Add potatoes, salt, pepper to the onion, mix everything.
- Pour water into the pan, it should cover the potatoes, close the pan with a lid and simmer potatoes for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
- After the specified time, remove the lid from the pan and leave boil potatoes until cooked.
- Serve potatoes with paprika as a separate dish, decorating green onions, dill or as a side dish.
