Juicy slices of pork neck, pre-fried and stewed with bell peppers, leeks, onions and champignons. The dish is cooked at home very simply, but stewed pork with vegetables and the mushrooms are very tasty! It gives a special flavor to the dish dried thyme and coriander.

  1. Peppers purified from seeds and membranes (for beauty we take 3 colors) with cut leeks into strips, onions in half rings, cut the washed mushrooms in half, chop the garlic through press.

  2. We wash the pork neck pieces, sprinkle with coriander, thyme, ground pepper, salt and send 2 pcs. into hot oil. Fry over medium heat until lightly browned and remove on a plate.

  3. In the oil after the neck we spread the prepared peppers, onions onions, mushrooms, garlic and leeks. Mix vegetables, cover and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

  4. Add peas of pepper, salt, fried to stewed vegetables pieces of pork, pour water to cover the contents, stir, cover and simmer over low heat for 60 minutes.

  5. Take out the juicy slices of pork neck on plates, add stewed vegetables and serve with potato salad and fresh bread.
