  1. Wash pork fillet, cut into medium slices, peeled pineapple – diced, garlic – finely. Salt prepared pork, pepper and send to melted butter. Fry pieces until browned, add garlic and fry for 30 seconds.

  2. We send prepared pineapple to the fried pork, add cut into several parts a sprig of rosemary, pour water, to not completely cover the contents, cover and simmer on slow fire for 50 minutes. We try on salt.

  3. Fragrant stewed pork with pineapple served with baked potatoes and crispy baguette.
