  1. My pork tenderloin, cut into thin slices. Olives without cut the seeds into rings, peeled seeds from peppers – with straws.

  2. The prepared slices of tenderloin are sent to the melted butter and fry over medium heat on both sides until lightly browned.

  3. Add the straws of pepper, olives to the meat, pour the broth, salt (if the broth is unsalted), pepper, cover and simmer the aromatic dish 30 minutes.

  4. Put the fragrant tenderloin slices on plates, add the stewed olives with pepper, pour the resulting sauce and serve with your favorite side dish and light salads.
