  1. Put the chopped onion, a sprig of rosemary in the hot oil and fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes.

  2. Wash pork ribs, put in onion and fry 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.

  3. Add freshly ground pepper and salt to the fried ribs. Pour in water or broth to completely cover the ribs, cover and simmer over low heat for 50 minutes.

  4. Fragrant stewed ribs served with cabbage, mashed potatoes and vegetable salad. Pork ribs can be added as desired any spices and herbs to taste.
