  1. My pork ribs, cut into pieces on the bones, sprinkle salt, ground pepper, sent to oil and fry with 2 sides until brown. Onions finely cut, spread in ribs and fry until golden brown.

  2. Peeled carrots with celery, cut into cubes, spread into the ribs, pour beer (½ part), cover and simmer on slow fire for 1.5 hours. As the liquid evaporates, add beer.

  3. 30 minutes before cooking, leek cut into slices (8-10 see), put in the stewed ribs, mix and simmer time left. If during extinguishing the liquid evaporates and the beer over, add some water so that at the end of cooking left a little sauce.

  4. Put juicy ribs on plates, add stewed vegetables, pour sauce from the bottom of the pan and serve with a crispy baguette.
