Wash meaty pork ribs, sprinkle with salt and fry over high heat from two sides for 5-7 minutes, until covered brown crust. Put on the plate.

After the ribs, put the onion, sliced into half rings, into the oil, fry for 3-4 minutes and spread the ribs on top.

Add chopped garlic, tomato paste, grated carrots, bay leaf and pour in water to completely cover the contents. Salt, pepper, cover the ribs with vegetables and simmer on a slow 50 minutes on fire.

In a bowl, mix the flour with water (4 tbsp) and pour the pan with meat and vegetables. Stir and simmer another 5 minutes to make the sauce thickened.

We put the finished delicious ribs on plates with a side dish, pour generously with sauce (gravy), sprinkle with parsley and serve with vegetables and fresh bread.
