- 2 leaves of laurel
- 6 sprigs of fresh thyme

- 3 tbsp. l honey
- Salt

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat oven to 220 C. Lightly beat off pork ribs, grate with salt and half a teaspoon of paprika. Heat olive butter in a large deep roasting pan. Sauté in medium heat pork ribs, approximately 8 minutes on each side. Transfer to a dish. Add onions and stir fry until ready, about 10 minutes.
