  1. Pieces of pork neck spread in hot oil and fry with one side to a brown crust.

  2. Turn the neck, add chopped onions, fry 3-4 minutes until soft, spread the chopped garlic and mix.

  3. Pour into a meat 1 glass of water, salt, pepper, cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. During this time, the pieces will become tender, and the sauce will decrease.

  4. Put the aromatic neck on the plates, add the potato mashed potatoes, pour over the resulting sauce and serve with sauerkraut cabbage and fresh chopped vegetables.
