  1. Wash pork loin fillet or shoulder blades, dry with paper with towels and to give shape, put in a grid for meat or bind with culinary twine. Cut garlic cloves into several parts, pierce the meat with a knife and insert into the cuts.

  2. Rub the prepared fillet with ground pepper, salt and put in hot oil. Fry a piece on all sides on high heat until brown.

  3. Add the onions, carrots, cut in half to the pork to the pork, sprigs of thyme, rosemary and bay leaf. Pour in milk, bring to a boil on a stove, cover with a lid and send to preheated oven at 160 degrees for 2 hours. After 1 hour, pork in milk take out and turn over.

  4. We take out juicy flavored pork from the oven, a piece of milk put the sauce on a plate and free from the grid. Out of sauce take out the onions, herbs, put on the fire and cook until the sauce thickens (you can add 1 tablespoon flour).

  5. Cut the tender fillet, put it on a serving plate, pour with milk sauce, sprinkle with parsley or other fresh grass and immediately serve with a side dish and vegetable salad.
