Braised Pork Escalope with Onion

Pork escalope will turn out delicious and very tender if it fry first, and then stew in onion sauce. Wonderful Dried marjoram, bay leaf and cloves add flavor to the dish. Cooking a stewed escalope at home is not at all difficult.

  1. Large pieces of pork neck, slightly beat off, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper and roll in flour. Spread prepared pieces into hot oil and fry over high heat from 2 sides. Put on the plate.

  2. After pork, pour the oil into the pan, add chopped julienne onions, bay leaves, ground pepper, marjoram, cloves and stir fry until golden brown. Pour the leftovers into the onion flour, pour water (1 liter) and bring to a boil.

  3. We spread the fried escalope in onion sauce, add the meat broth (optional), cover and stew pork for 30 minutes slow fire.

  4. Put the side dish on the plates, add the aromatic Escalope, pour onion sauce and serve with a vegetable salad. Onion sauce can be optionally supplemented with herbs and spices to to taste.
