  1. Wash pork, cut into small pieces, peeled turnips – into cubes, onions – finely. Sprinkle pork with salt and ground pepper.

  2. In hot butter we send prepared turnip cubes, fry over medium heat, stirring until slices are lightly browned. Spread onion, fry until soft, add curry powder and fry for 2 minutes.

  3. Pieces of pork are sent to turnips with onions, pour the broth, add bay leaf, ground pepper, a little salt, cover and stew aromatic pork over low heat for 30 minutes. We try on salt.

  4. Put ready curry pork with turnips on plates, add rice, pour sauce and serve with fresh vegetables.
