  1. We wash the slices of pork loin, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper, generously roll in flour and fry in oil on a strong fire from 2 sides.

  2. Add chopped onions to the chops and fry until don’t get red.

  3. Pour water (500 ml) into meat with onions, add mustard, salt, ground pepper, cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

  4. After 20 minutes, add sour cream to the sauce and simmer the meat open on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, until the aromatic sauce thickens.

  5. Serve delicious stewed chops with boiled potatoes and vegetable salad. The sauce can be supplemented with any spices if desired. and herbs to taste.
