Stunningly juicy and delicious pork chops are obtained in creamy sauce with horseradish. Cooking home chops from pork neck. The dish is very satisfying, so the side dish better to make a salad of fresh vegetables.

We wash the pork neck, cut into portioned pieces (5 pcs.), cover one by one with cling film and beat off.

Sprinkle the prepared chops with flour, put in portions in hot oil and fry from 2 sides until golden brown.

After the chops, pour the oil into the pan, add the chopped half the onions, fry for 5-6 minutes, stirring, and pour water (1 liter).

Put the fried chops, broth (optional) into the pan, cover and simmer over low heat for 35-40 minutes. If not add broth, then the sauce must be salted.

10 minutes before cooking, pour a little broth with a ladle in a bowl, put horseradish, flour (1 tbsp), pour in the cream and well mix. Creamy broth sent back to the pan and cook the remaining time. We try on salt.

Ready juicy chops served with boiled rice, chopped fresh vegetables and crisp bread.
