Pork cheeks are tender and very tasty meat, they are simply fried or stew with sauces on the stove or in the oven. Stunningly juicy and fragrant they are obtained when stewed in tomato sauce with onion onions.

We wash the pork cheeks, soak them in paper towels and roll in flour.

We send prepared cheeks to hot oil and fry on high heat on all sides, until covered with a brown crust. Put on the plate.

Add chopped onion to the oil after the cheeks, fry 4-5 mint, put tomato paste, bay leaf, cook for 1-2 minutes and pour water (500 ml.). Mix the sauce, salt, pepper and immerse fried cheeks in it.

Simmer for 2 hours. Put on plates mashed potatoes, add fragrant tender cheeks, water all gravy and serve with sauerkraut and salted cucumbers.
