  1. My vegetables, cleanse.
  2. Cut the onion in half rings, grate the carrots, potatoes cut into cubes, finely chop the garlic.
  3. Wash the pork, cut into cubes.
  4. Heat a deep frying pan or a cauldron with the addition of vegetable oil.

  7. Add carrots, fry for a couple of minutes. At this point you can add tomato paste and mix everything.
  8. Add the potatoes, mix.
  9. Pour boiling water over everything. Add bay leaf and allspice peas.
  10. Mix everything and evaporate the excess liquid on a strong the fire.
  11. Close the lid and cook over low heat until cooked potatoes.
  12. 15 minutes before cooking, add garlic, salt and spices.
