She deservedly enjoys popularity, as it’s not only tasty, but also rich in iron, amino acids, minerals that are necessary for healthy vessels and for the activity of the entire cardiovascular system as a whole. In Caucasian centenarians, this meat is always on the table. Moreover, they use it in boiled form, the broth is drained. So that we can safely follow the principles of the diet of centenarians and cook delicious lamb stew at home.
