- Fry three 50 ml chicken legs. vegetable oil, with all sides for about 10 minutes.
- We remove the legs, and in the same oil we fry the chopped: 1 onion, 1 carrot and 1 tomato.
- Add 1 tbsp. tomato paste, mix and add 100 ml warm water.
- Stew for 5 minutes.
- Spread chicken legs on top, cover and simmer 10 minutes on low heat.
- Serve with your favorite side dish.
