- We wash the hearts, let the water drain, clear of the films.
- Peel the carrots and cut into strips. You can also just rub carrots on a coarse grater.
- We chop the onion in half rings.
- In one frying pan in butter, fry the hearts.
- In a second frying pan in vegetable oil, we pass the onions and carrot.
- Put chicken hearts, onions and carrots together. Pour a glass water and simmer under the lid for about half an hour.
- Rinse and finely chop the greens.
- Add milk, herbs and spices. Stir in flour. Boil another 5 minutes.
- Serve with any side dish, pouring it with heart sauce.
