  7. Add sugar, ground paprika, dried basil, salt, pepper. We chop the peeled garlic with a knife, washed the parsley and cilantro, and also add to the stewpan. Mix everything thoroughly and warm another 2-3 minutes. Turn off the fire and leave to brew closed the lid.
