  1. In chicken breasts, we cut off the skin, film and protruding parts so that smooth pieces turned out. Wash, sprinkle the fillet with pepper and salt.

  2. The prepared slices of the breast are sent to the oil and fry on high heat for 1-2 minutes on both sides until lightly browned.

  3. Finely chop the tomatoes with onions and parsley (2-3 branches), send to breast, fry for 3 minutes, pour in water (½ cup), add salt, pepper, Italian herbs, oregano, chopped garlic, cover and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes.

  4. We transfer juicy stewed breasts to plates, pour with sauce, sprinkle with finely grated cheese and serve with a hot side dish.
