- 2 cloves of garlic, crush
- 1/4 tsp seasoning with garam masala or ground cinnamon, as well as more for sprinkling
- A large pinch of red pepper flakes
- Coarse salt
- 4 skinless chicken breast fillets (weighing 180 g each)
- 1/4 Art. low calorie natural yogurt (2% fat content)
- Sliced fresh parsley, for sprinkling (optional)
- 3 whole wheat flour pits, cut into four parts

Recipe preparation:
- Mix tomato sauce in a large pan, 1 tbsp. water, chickpeas, sweet pepper, dried apricots, garlic, garam masalu, pepper flakes and 1/2 tsp salts; bring to a boil at moderate heat. Submerge the chicken breasts in the tomato mixture and simmer if weak boiling without covering, turning in the middle of cooking, about 20 minutes, until ready.
- Arrange chicken breasts with chickpeas and tomato mixture in plates, put a spoonful of yogurt on top and sprinkle with parsley and seasoning garam masala. Serve with chopped pita.
