  1. Rinse the champignons.
  2. Pour oil into a pan, turn it on.
  3. Add mushrooms, onions to the pan, add salt and pepper.
  4. Fry the mushrooms over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  5. Add water to the mushrooms, cover and simmer slowly fire for 15 minutes.
  6. Chop greens and garlic.
  7. When the mushrooms are ready, turn off the heat and add garlic and herbs. Mix.
