  2. Cut the carp fillet into medium pieces, add salt, spices, sprinkle with lemon and mix with one chopped onion. Meat cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  3. Now you need to cook the fish broth, for this you need peel all vegetables, cut them into large enough pieces, toss in the pan. To the vegetables also put a ridge and a fish head. Boil the broth for 1 hour, then strain it through cheesecloth or a sieve.

  4. In the strained broth, cook the pickled pieces of carp on medium heat until cooked.

  5. Fry the remaining onions in a pan with vegetable oil, diced. After adding white wine and boiling it, to get alcohol out. Then add 300 ml of broth in which boiled fish. Dilute in a small amount of cold water the necessary amount of starch and enter it into the pan, while the contents of the pan must be constantly stirred.

  6. Add raisins and almond flakes, stew the ingredients on for 5 minutes.

  7. Put fish in a pan, add lemon juice, salt, pepper, spice. Cook another 3-4 minutes and the dish will be ready for use.
