  1. Peel cabbage from the upper leaves, cut, remove stump and chop in a blender.
  2. Remove from one washed orange with a special or ordinary knife thin zest. Wash the remaining oranges, clear the hinge and cut into small pieces.
  3. Fry chopped onions and garlic on a preheated vegetable oil.
  4. Add the minced meat (pork + beef), lightly salt, pepper and fry together.
  5. Put the zest, fry for another five minutes.
  6. Put chopped cabbage and chopped oranges, stir, cover and simmer until fully cooked for half an hour.
  7. Serve stewed cabbage with chopped herbs, decorating sliced ​​orange.
