- Peel cabbage from the upper leaves, cut, remove stump and chop in a blender.
- Remove from one washed orange with a special or ordinary knife thin zest. Wash the remaining oranges, clear the hinge and cut into small pieces.
- Fry chopped onions and garlic on a preheated vegetable oil.
- Add the minced meat (pork + beef), lightly salt, pepper and fry together.
- Put the zest, fry for another five minutes.
- Put chopped cabbage and chopped oranges, stir, cover and simmer until fully cooked for half an hour.
- Serve stewed cabbage with chopped herbs, decorating sliced orange.
