  1. I cut the duck into portions.
  2. I cut off the excess fat, then cut it into small cubes and I am heating it in a pan.
  3. By removing the greaves, I send the pieces to be fried on this fat ducks.
  4. Chop cabbage, cut into small cubes onions and rub carrots on a grater.
  5. Stew cabbage with onions and carrots, after a while add salt, spices to taste, tomato paste and carcass a couple more minutes.
  6. When the duck is fried from all sides, I drain the excess fat, sprinkle with salt and add stewed cabbage.
  7. I pour boiling water on top, close the lid and leave to simmer on half an hour.
  8. When ready, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve with sour cream.
