- 1 hikama root, peel and cut into thin slices
- 2 tbsp. l oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp. l sake
- 1 tbsp. chicken broth
- 2 tsp potato starch

Recipe preparation:
- Soak shiitake mushrooms in hot water for 30 minutes. Throw bok choy into boiling water and cook, 2 min.
