Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix in 5 – 6 liters. a pan with a thick bottom tomatoes, ketchup, vinegar, garlic, cumin, jalapenos and 3/4 h. Add beef whole piece, sweet peppers and onions, mix. Cover and simmer over low heat, with low boil for 8 hours.
