  1. Rice washed in cold water is cooked until tender, cool.
  2. Rinse the pork, dry and cut into small pieces, mix with rice.
  3. Scroll through the meat grinder.
  4. Add the milk, salt to the minced meat, mix and skip again through a meat grinder.
  5. Mix the mixture thoroughly. Form with two spoons knels and put on a greased baking sheet. Cut the carrots into slices, drizzle with olive oil, salt and lay on top a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the oven at 180 C for 25 minutes.

  8. Heat the broth. Put ready-made dumplings in a plate, put slices of carrots, mushrooms and pour hot broth.
  9. Serve sprinkled with herbs.
