  1. Chopped beetroot (1 pc), pour kvass and set to boil until ready (about 1.5 hours).
  2. Filter the resulting broth.
  3. Raw beets (2 pcs) grate and place to the broth. Add vegetable oil and warm thoroughly over a fire, not finishing to a boil.
