- Boil beef meat on the bone in salted water. Take off foam. Cook for about 1-1.5 hours.

- Cut the potatoes into strips and send to the pan. In a couple minutes shredded cabbage and grated beets, send to the pan.
- Next, we pass the carrots through a coarse grater and toss in pan, there is also bell pepper. Throw in a pan and cook until all ingredients are ready.
- At the end of the preparedness of vegetables, add black pressed down by hands peas and bay leaf.
- Cooking: fry finely chopped in butter onions until golden brown.
- Add tomato paste. I added tomato paste + homemade tomato (2/3). Fry for a couple of minutes and turn it off. We send the roasting into the pot.
- Finely chop the dill and parsley and toss into the pan. Serve Borsch with sour cream.
