  1. Boil beef meat on the bone in salted water. Take off foam. Cook for about 1-1.5 hours.
  2. Add finely chopped onions and add to the meat, cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Cut the potatoes into strips and send to the pan. In a couple minutes shredded cabbage and grated beets, send to the pan.
  4. Next, we pass the carrots through a coarse grater and toss in pan, there is also bell pepper. Throw in a pan and cook until all ingredients are ready.
  5. At the end of the preparedness of vegetables, add black pressed down by hands peas and bay leaf.
  6. Cooking: fry finely chopped in butter onions until golden brown.
  7. Add tomato paste. I added tomato paste + homemade tomato (2/3). Fry for a couple of minutes and turn it off. We send the roasting into the pot.
  8. Finely chop the dill and parsley and toss into the pan. Serve Borsch with sour cream.
