Borani is a national Armenian dish, light and tasty. Borani cooked at home is served as a side dish, and sometimes in a slightly fried pita bread. The dish does not contain meat, making it vegetarian.

  1. My vegetables and clean.
  2. Finely chop the onion. Eggplant, Potatoes and Bell Peppers cut into cubes. Borani eggplant
  3. Fry vegetables in butter for about 15 minutes. Solim.
  4. Cut the tomatoes and add to the vegetables. Cook another 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped herbs.
