Boil rice to al dente, it should be almost completely ready, do not cook for about 3 minutes.

Cut bell pepper into a medium cube and carrot into a small cube. Carrots must be boiled in a separate pan until full readiness.

Heat the pan well and pour 2 mixed eggs on it, then add all the vegetables, boiled rice and soy sauce, all stir vigorously and fry for about 3-5 minutes.

When serving, sprinkle rice with chopped green onions.
