To cook it at home, it’s better to take young potatoes, and cucumbers are not too salty.

  1. Boil a few potatoes. We clean them and carefully chopped.
  2. We cut boiled pork with long thin strips.
  3. Add finely chopped pickles and onions.
  4. Mix everything, add salt and pepper as desired. Refuel a mixture of sunflower oil, vinegar and mustard.
  5. Decorate the finished dish with herbs.
