  2. Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters. Small potatoes can be cut in half.
  3. Fold in the pan, put the washed onion in it, but unpeeled, bay leaf, parsley root.
  4. Pour water just above the level of potatoes and put boil for 40 minutes.
  5. Remove the foam from the boiled potato and salt it.
  6. At the end, add chopped greens.
  7. Skin off the chicken drumstick.
