Boiled beets with yogurt dressing with mint

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. l fresh small mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp. l fried or raw unsalted pistachios chopped

Recipe preparation:

  1. Wrap garlic cloves in a piece of parchment paper. Every Beets are also wrapped individually in parchment. Put the garlic and beets in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes.
