  1. Put butter and full teaspoon in a pan a spoonful of honey, let the butter melt and all is well mix.
  2. Wash the pear, remove the core and cut into slices. Fry in a mixture of honey and oil for about 3 minutes on both sides – the pear should relent.
  3. Rinse arugula, chop walnuts smaller, but not dust. Dice the cheese. Put everything on a plate (lay arugula 2/3 of the total).
  4. Put a pear on top, pour salad in a sauce pan, take the rest of the arugula and lay on top. Serve salad when the pear is still cold.
