Black Bean Salad with Watercress

Beans are an excellent base for hearty and healthy salads, which can be combined with a wide variety of ingredients. Mix canned black beans with fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and greens and season with aromatic frying of garlic, chili pepper and zirs. Add the lime juice and the Mexican style salad is ready! Recipe:

In a frying pan over low heat, fry for 5 minutes on olive oil 2 crushed cloves of garlic, 1 pod of pepper jalapenos, diced and 1 tsp. zirs. In a bowl, mix black beans, 1.5 tbsp each. diced cucumber and grape tomatoes, cut in half, 4 feathers chopped green onions, chopped cilantro and squeezed lime juice. Mash up hot garlic mixture and add to the beans. Salt, add watercress and mix.
