- Boil the eggs in a steep.
- Separate the squirrels from the yolks.
- Squirrels grate on a coarse grater. Yolks – on shallow.
- Boil chicken fillet in salted water. Dice it or tear into fibers.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Cut the champignons into small cubes. (One champignon cut into slices, it will be needed to decorate the salad.
- Fry the mushrooms with onions in butter. (Salt and Spice up). Immediately pull the mushrooms, sliced into slices and set aside to the side.
- Prune pour boiling water for 10 minutes. Then drain the water and dry it.
- Cut prunes into small cubes. 1-2 prunes set aside for decoration.
- Cucumbers cut into strips.
- Spread the salad in the following sequence: prunes, chicken, egg white, mushrooms with onions, cucumbers, yolks.
- Coat each layer with mayonnaise, except the last (layer of yolks).
- Using mayonnaise, draw a tree trunk and branches. On the trunk make furrows from prunes, like a birch. Make parsley foliage. From below, make grass from dill and put slices champignon.
- Send salad in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
