  • 1 tbsp. l oil from fried sesame seeds
  • 3 thinly chopped stalks of green onions
  • 1/2 tsp grated peeled ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp. fresh cilantro

Recipe preparation:

  1. Heat the pizza dough in the microwave, setting it to 50% power, for 1-2 minutes, until it becomes soft, then let it rest for 5 minutes. Grease a large plate with vegetable oil, form a circle with a diameter of 23 cm from the dough. and put it on a plate. Sprinkle a tablespoon of sesame seeds and 1/4 tsp salt.
  2. In a bowl, mix the salad mixture, wine vinegar, chili oil and salt to taste. In another bowl, mix the beef, sesame oil, green onions and ginger.
  3. In a large skillet with a non-stick coating on moderately over high heat 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
