- Peeled and chopped large pieces potatoes pour boiling water and boil over medium heat for 25 minutes.
- Crush it in mashed potatoes, but not homogeneous, but with pieces.
- Grate the onion, stir in the minced meat, add salt and, kneading everything well, form small balls.
- Chop the carrots and the second onion, fry until soft vegetable oil. Then put chopped mushrooms in a pan. Put it out together for 7-10 minutes.
- Put mushrooms with vegetables to the potatoes.
- Add pepper and chopped garlic to the soup. Bring everything to boil and put in meatball soup. Cook for 10-12 minutes. Taking off cover the pan from the heat, cover and let stand for another 5 minutes.
- When serving, sprinkle the soup with herbs.
