  1. Peeled and chopped large pieces potatoes pour boiling water and boil over medium heat for 25 minutes.
  2. Crush it in mashed potatoes, but not homogeneous, but with pieces.
  3. Grate the onion, stir in the minced meat, add salt and, kneading everything well, form small balls.
  4. Chop the carrots and the second onion, fry until soft vegetable oil. Then put chopped mushrooms in a pan. Put it out together for 7-10 minutes.
  5. Put mushrooms with vegetables to the potatoes.
  6. Add pepper and chopped garlic to the soup. Bring everything to boil and put in meatball soup. Cook for 10-12 minutes. Taking off cover the pan from the heat, cover and let stand for another 5 minutes.
  7. When serving, sprinkle the soup with herbs.
