To make a delicious homemade soup for the whole family, big the list of products is optional. A couple of three are enough main ingredients and spices. This is confirmed by soup, made of beetroot with tomatoes.

- Finely chop the onion, rub the boiled beets.
- Heat the oil in a pan with high sides and slightly fry the onion. Slightly – until light brown.
- We spread the beets to the onion, fry, stirring everything actively, on high heat for 3 minutes.
- Knead the pilati tomatoes with a fork or pierce with a blender, to whom how convenient. Spread in the pan. Pour the vegetables with broth, cover with a lid. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
- Salt and add sugar for a couple of minutes until cooked spicing up the soup.
- Soup can be served sprinkled with herbs. And you can make of it mashed soup and serve, sprinkled with chopped green onions and sautéed to toast croutons.
