- We will prepare all the necessary products in advance.
- Well, wash the beets, put them in a pot of water and send cook for 1.5 hours.
- Peeled boiled beets.
- Cut the beets into slices and put in a bowl.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- Add chopped garlic to beetroot slices, season salad with vinegar and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt to taste (If you wish, you can pepper).
- Put the finished salad on a serving plate, decorate sprig of parsley and serve. Enjoy your meal!
