- Boil beets in a deep pot with cold water in within 3-4 hours. During cooking, you need to make sure that in the pan the water did not decrease. Beets should be completely immersed in water. Readiness can be checked by piercing the beets with a knife or fork if easily pierced, then welded. Cooling down.
- We clean the boiled beets, we rub on a coarse grater. Garlic grind with a press or rub on a fine grater.
