  1. Wash the beets thoroughly, wrap in foil and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees until ready. Bake for about an hour.
  2. Soak prunes in warm water for 30 minutes. Then very finely slice
  3. Sort walnuts and chop finely

  4. Garlic squeeze through the press.
  5. Grate beets on a fine grater.
  6. Mix with prunes, garlic and walnuts.
  7. Add salt, mayonnaise, mix.
