  1. Pour the peeled beets with water along with the chicken and boil until readiness, salting.
  2. We take out the chicken and beets.
  3. Separate the meat from the seeds, cut into pieces and send back to the broth.
  4. Grated beets are mixed with lemon juice.
  5. Sauté grated carrots in oil and diced onions with oil eggplant.
  6. We send potatoes, cut into pieces, into the broth.
  7. After 5 minutes, we attach to it a frying of vegetables.
  8. After 10 minutes put the beets in the soup. Add salt and pepper. Put a sheet of laurel in it. Bring to a boil and turn off the heat. Do not cover the soup until completely cooled, bright will deteriorate soup color.
  9. Add greens at will in portions.
