  1. Beetroot, as in all my salads, I wrap in foil and bake in the oven for an hour at 180-200 degrees. Cooling down.
  2. I pass the garlic in advance through the press and mix with olive oil.
  3. I clean and cut the beets thinly.
  4. I spread the beets on a flat plate, pour garlic on it oil, salt, pepper, in the center I put a bunch of arugula, on arugula also garlic oil, sprinkle everything with balsamic sauce, lay out pieces of cheese. By the way, you can also take goat cheese or feta cheese.
