  1. We wash the chicken legs, sprinkle with salt, ground pepper, seasoning for chicken, put in a bowl and cool for at least 20 minutes. Then we send the legs to hot oil, fry on high heat from two sides to a brown crust and remove on a plate.

  2. Oyster mushrooms are washed, cut into slices, sent to oil after legs, fry for 3-4 minutes, add chopped garlic and sugar.

  3. Place the chicken legs on the fried oyster mushrooms and pour the soy sauce.

  4. Add light beer, cover chicken with oyster mushrooms and simmer on slow fire for 35 minutes, periodically turn the legs. In the end try the sauce on the salt.

  5. We lay out the juicy legs with oyster mushrooms on a large plate and serve on the table with a vegetable side dish.
